The Experience Music Project (EMP) is a museum of music history founded by Paul Allen, the co-founder of Microsoft, located on the campus of Seattle, Washington’s Seattle Center.

The structure itself was designed by Frank Gehry and you can see that the monorail tracks that go through the building. [wikipedia link]

Here is a shot of Paul Allen’s helicopter landing pad boat. It seems the local neighborhood covenants don’t allow for a helicopter landing pad but they do allow for boats. So Paul had this boat built.
