Little Joe Tower, in Corning, NY facilitated the production of thermometer tubing by using a “vertical draw” process. Hot glass was pulled by cable 196 feet to the top, creating a continuous tube. It was then cooled and cut to length.

The former “Bomber” Gas Station in Milwaukee, OR is now in the process of restoring the B-17G that Art Lacey flew in to start his gas station after WWII. The nose section is missing beause the plane used to be mounted tail straight up on a roof over the gas pumps.

Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota is the largest mall in the United States. Built in 1992 the mall is four stories high, houses over 520 stores as well as the largest indoor theme park that contains two rollercoasters and numerous other rides. Learn more about the mall here.
