In addition to this year’s event, Dolphin Stadium has hosted three prior Super Bowls (XXIII, XXIX, XXXIII). It will host the Super Bowl again in 2010.

For the record, the official Bird’s Eye Tourist Super Bowl pick is the Colts by 6 points.

This is a defunct theme park in Kissimmee, Florida that was once owned and operated by China Travel Service (a government-run travel agency). It opened in 1993 to mixed reviews (wonderful landscaping and displays; too many protesters). It never managed to attract many visitors, and only hosted minimal crowds (the admission price was pretty high). The park president attempted to sell the attraction in 2000, but was recalled to China and placed under house arrect. Splendid China closed at the end of 2003, and was was purchased by a developer in 2005. [wikipedia link]
